Returns Policy

We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and free of any makeup or tan marks.

Return Process

  Head over to our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select your preferred shipping method and download your prepaid return label or QR code for a seamless drop-off experience.

  Pack and Post

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely, and drop your parcel at the designated carrier location.

  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, a store credit voucher will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
